Thank you for your online order, we hope that you are happy with your new purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund service provided the following guidelines are abided by:

  • All items must be unused
  • Clothing or shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Shoes must not be worn outside, once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged
  • All shoes should be returned in their original packing
  • All skateboard hardware must be un-skated and in like-new condition
  • Contact Customer Service to authorise the return within 5 business days of receiving product
  • We do not accept any returns on underwear for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described

EXCHANGES

We cannot hold stock for exchanges therefore in order to exchange your item please submit a new order online, the original order will be refunded on receipt of return.

REFUNDS

If you want to send back your order for a refund please complete the below. For your protection, please ensure you return your goods via recorded or registered post.

*Please note that you will not be refunded the initial postage cost unless a mistake has been made by Palace Skateboards Limited.

Payments will be refunded back on to your original card or PayPal account, allow up to 4 working days for the refund to clear upon receipt of the item. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.

RETURNING FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Palace Skateboards Limited cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your Postage receipt as proof of postage. 

*For any returns from New Zealand, be sure to correctly fill out any customs documentation and mark as ‘Return’. We do not accept responsibility for any fees associated with items held in customs.
