Thank you for your online order, we hope that you are happy with your new purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund service provided the following guidelines are abided by:

  • All items must be unused
  • Clothing must be clean, unworn and unwashed with all original packaging and tags attached Once the packaging is opened on undergarments, it cannot be returned or exchanged
  • We do not accept any returns on underwear for hygiene reasons
  • Shoes must not be worn outside, once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged All shoes should be returned in their original packing
  • All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition
  • Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your package, customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

If you are happy with the requirements above please fill out below and send back the item/s in sufficient packaging to avoid damage to goods in transit. Send all returns to the address above. Palace Skateboards Canada cannot be held responsible for any returned parcels lost in the post.

FRAGRANCE

Fragrance may only be returned if the product and packaging has not been opened, used or tampered with. Fragrance is classified as a ‘restricted good’ which means it is subject to specific carriage restrictions.

Please check requirements with your selected carrier before returning.

EXCHANGES

We cannot hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item please submit a new order onlineand return your original purchase following the refund guidelines.

REFUNDS

Payments will be refunded back on to your original payment method, allow up to 5 business days for processing upon receipt of your item and 4 business days for the refund to clear into your account. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.

You will not be refunded the initial postage cost unless a mistake has been made by Palace Skateboards Canada.

RETURNING FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

We will happily provide you with a return shipping label if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Please contact us for a return shipping label. Palace Skateboards Canada does not reimburse for shipping cost paid independently by the customer without prior authorization.
