We will accept returns on all regular-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item(s) meet the following conditions.

Please return items in sufficient packaging to avoid damage while in transit. We recommend you return your shipment via a tracked method. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Returns may take up to five business days for approval. Requests may be declined if item(s) do not satisfy the requirements of our Return Policy.
If approved, payments will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Please allow up to five business days for processing upon receipt of your item. Refunds may take up to four business days afterward to appear in your account.
Please note that only the original cost of the original item is refundable.
Postage will not be refunded unless an error has been made by Palace Skateboards Canada.

Palace Skateboards Canada does not reimburse any shipping costs paid independently by the customer without prior authorization.
Exchanges
We cannot hold stock for exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order online and return your original purchase following the above instructions.
