Soho store purchases
No Refunds. Exchange or Store Credit issued within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Underwear is strictly non-returnable. The sales receipt must be provided in order to process any return transactions.
Purchases of sale or discounted items are final; no returns are accepted unless the items are faulty and this was not obvious prior to purchase (see “Faulty Items” below).
Items purchased in the Soho store can only be returned to our Soho store. Please note that the store does not accept returns of online purchases.
Manor Place purchases
No Refunds. Due to the limited opening hours of the Manor Place shop, exchanges or store credit can only be processed here on the day of purchase. If you require assistance with a return outside of the purchase date, please contact us at online@palaceskateboards.com within 14 days and we can assist you. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Underwear is strictly non-returnable. The sales receipt must be provided in order to process any return transactions.
Online purchases
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. Please include a completed returns form.
Additional rights
If you are a customer in the UK you have additional statutory rights to cancel online orders from the date when you made the order up to 14 days after you receive the goods.
If you wish to cancel an online purchase, please complete a cancellation form or email us at online@palaceskateboards.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. You must return your goods in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all tags attached within 14 days.
All online returns must be sent to: PSL UK, P.O. Box 1354, Enfield, EN1 9BT.
Items purchased online cannot be returned in store. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
Please note that the online store does not accept returns of in store purchases.
EXCEPTIONS
We cannot accept any returns on underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described (see “Faulty Items” below).
If seals are broken on any sealed products, they cannot be returned or exchanged
Fragrance may only be returned if the product and packaging has not been opened, used or tampered with.
EXCHANGES
We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online or purchase in store.
PAYMENT OF REFUNDS
Refunds online will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of returned items.
Refunds in store will be provided at the time of returning the unwanted items.
We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items which may have resulted from your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect saleable condition.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.
This does not apply to items which are discounted by us for an obvious fault.
